Michelle Ingrosso, LMHC

Many of the people I work with are thoughtful, capable, high-performing individuals. They’re the ones others rely on — at work, at home, in leadership roles. From the outside, they look composed and successful. Internally, they’re often managing anxiety, constant mental pressure, over-responsibility, and a quiet but persistent exhaustion.

If that feels familiar, you’re in the right place.

You may look like you’re managing just fine. That doesn’t mean it feels that way on the inside.

I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor based in Miami, Florida with over 10 years of experience. I work with professionals, entrepreneurs, executives, and high-achieving women who want more than just coping — they want clarity, steadiness, and sustainable performance.

In addition to individual therapy, I also provide executive coaching and organizational consulting for leaders who want a psychological edge in their work. My coaching work focuses on decision-making under pressure, emotional intelligence, leadership patterns, burnout prevention, and strengthening team dynamics.

Whether we’re working in a therapeutic or performance-focused context, the goal is the same: helping you think clearly, lead effectively, and live in a way that feels aligned — not just productive.

I’m licensed as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida and offer both in-person and online therapy for adults across the state.

  • My work integrates evidence-based approaches with a thoughtful, real-world lens, including:

    • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) andAcceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) for anxiety and perfectionism

    • Mindfulness-based strategies for emotional regulation and stress

    • Solution-focused therapy for clarity and momentum

    • Executive-coaching principles

    • Experience supporting postpartum stress, identity shifts, and maternal burnout

  • My career began in the business world, where I worked in marketing and human resources within high-pressure environments. I saw firsthand how ambition, responsibility, and chronic stress impact mental health — especially for driven professionals and women balancing multiple roles.

I later transitioned into clinical mental health, working in inpatient settings before moving into private practice in 2018.

Today, I specialize in helping high-achieving individuals navigate anxiety, burnout, perfectionism, and life transitions. My combined background in business and clinical work allows me to understand both the internal experience and the external demands my clients face.

  • As an Italian and fluent Italian speaker, I bring a culturally sensitive perspective to my work. I offer therapy sessions in Italian for clients who feel more comfortable expressing themselves in their native language or who are navigating cultural identity, relocation, or bicultural family dynamics.
