ONLINE Counseling & THERAPY IN MIAMI, FL
Mental Health Counseling in Miami Beach
Supporting Professionals and Parents Through Anxiety, Burnout & Life Transitions
Living in Miami Beach offers beauty, culture, and energy—but it can also come with intense pressure. Many of the clients I work with in Miami Beach are high-functioning professionals, entrepreneurs, and parents who appear successful on the outside while privately feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or emotionally exhausted.
Whether you live in South Beach, Mid-Beach, or North Beach, the fast pace, social expectations, and constant stimulation can make it hard to slow down or tune into your own needs. You may be juggling demanding work, parenting responsibilities, or major life transitions—while holding yourself to impossibly high standards.
As a licensed therapist serving Miami Beach, I provide evidence-based therapy designed for people who are used to pushing through stress rather than asking for help. Therapy with me is practical, focused, and supportive—helping you reduce anxiety, recover from burnout, and create more balance without losing your drive or identity.

Most clients begin with weekly sessions, then adjust frequency as progress is made.
-
We'll begin our first session by reviewing some important information from your initial paperwork, including confidentiality and policies, and addressing any questions you might have. After that, we’ll dive into discussing the issues that brought you to therapy. The first appointment is more of a casual conversation where I get to know you and understand where you feel stuck. I will ask a lot of questions and might introduce some new practices right from the start if you're comfortable with it.
This session is as much an opportunity for you to get a sense of what working with me will be like as it is for me to understand your needs.
I encourage you to view the first several sessions of therapy as a trial period to see if it feels right for you. If it doesn't seem like the right fit, I will happily provide referrals to other providers.
