Not everyone has the time—or energy—to commute to an office for therapy. Online therapy offers a flexible, effective way to get professional mental health support without disrupting your already full schedule.

I provide online therapy throughout the state of Florida, working with professionals, entrepreneurs, and mothers who are juggling demanding lives while quietly struggling with anxiety, burnout, perfectionism, or emotional overwhelm.

Virtual therapy allows you to meet from home, your office, or wherever you feel most comfortable. Many clients find that online therapy actually helps them open up more easily—while saving time and reducing barriers to consistent care.

If you’re looking for a virtual therapist in Florida who understands high responsibility and high expectations, telehealth can be a powerful and accessible option.

Benefits of Online Therapy

Online therapy offers several advantages, especially for busy adults:

  • Convenience
No commute, no traffic—sessions fit into your day more easily.

  • Privacy & comfort
Attend therapy from a space where you feel safe and at ease.

  • Accessibility
Ideal if you live outside major cities or travel frequently.

  • Consistency
Fewer cancellations and easier follow-through during busy weeks.

  • Same quality of care
Telehealth therapy is evidence-based and just as effective as in-person sessions for many concerns.

This is therapy designed to support real life—not add another obligation.

How Online Therapy Works

How Online Therapy Works

Online therapy sessions are conducted through a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform designed specifically for healthcare.

Here’s what to expect:

  1. Schedule your free 15-minute consultation

  2. Complete brief intake forms online

  3. Attend sessions via private video from your phone or computer

Sessions are structured, collaborative, and focused on helping you build practical tools you can apply immediately—whether you’re managing anxiety, burnout, or perfectionistic patterns.

  • Individual sessions are $200 for a 50-minute appointment.

  • Each therapy session is 50 minutes.

  • I do not accept health insurance.

However, if your insurance covers out-of-network providers (typically PPO insurance plans), they may reimburse you for a portion of my fee. You can contact your insurance provider to determine the reimbursement rates under your plan.

    Thrizer Makes Reimbursement Easy

  • Most clients begin with weekly sessions, then adjust frequency as progress is made.

  • We'll begin our first session by reviewing some important information from your initial paperwork, including confidentiality and policies, and addressing any questions you might have. After that, we’ll dive into discussing the issues that brought you to therapy. The first appointment is more of a casual conversation where I get to know you and understand where you feel stuck. I will ask a lot of questions and might introduce some new practices right from the start if you're comfortable with it.

This session is as much an opportunity for you to get a sense of what working with me will be like as it is for me to understand your needs.

I encourage you to view the first several sessions of therapy as a trial period to see if it feels right for you. If it doesn't seem like the right fit, I will happily provide referrals to other providers.
